• This survey is designed to provide your startup company with insights about itself, its teams, its leadership and its impact on people.
• This information will be used to diagnose the organizational culture and identify change opportunities for enhancing performance

​The Star Culture Assessment covers 5 key dimensions: My Work, My Team, My Manager, My CEO and My Company

• The questionnaire developed by Fënnef Culture methodology evaluates the opinions and beliefs on their individual work, their team work, relationship with supervisor/manager, the role of the CEO and overall company perception

In total, an average survey contains 33 sentences/questions:

• The survey comprehends 5 Star Dimensions (My Work, My Team, My Manager, My CEO and My Company) that contains 5 sentences/questions each, completing a total 25 questions
• Additionally there are 6 open-ended questions for additional feedback
